Old Time Records expect that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, however if for any reason you are not please contact us on info@oldtimerecords.com

We cannot accept returns if packaging has been opened, unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality. Please note, your statutory rights are not affected.

All returns must be carried out within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item delivered was faulty or sent in error.
